Welcome to Retouch.to. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account or using Retouch.to, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Retouch.to is a photo retouching service. We provide tools for skin cleanup, blemish removal, and face retouching through an active subscription. We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify features at any time. We’ll do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Retouch.to. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us at [email protected] immediately.
Active subscription required: Access to Retouch.to requires an active paid subscription. Without one, you cannot use the service or access your credits.
Billing & renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
Cancellation:You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
EU right of withdrawal: Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract. By starting to use Retouch.to immediately after subscribing, you expressly request early access and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be limited once the service has been fully performed. For unused subscriptions where no service has been consumed, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting us at [email protected].
Price changes:If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you don’t agree.
Subscription credits:Every active subscription includes 200 credits per billing period. These credits are refreshed automatically at the start of each new billing period and do not carry over — any unused subscription credits expire at the end of the period they were issued for.
Top-up credits: You can purchase additional credits at any time on top of your subscription allowance. Unlike subscription credits, top-up credits do not expire at the end of a billing period and roll over month to month while your subscription is active.
Credits require an active subscription: If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, all remaining credits (both subscription and top-up) are frozen and cannot be used until you reactivate a subscription.
Refunds on credits:Unused top-up credits are refundable upon request. Subscription credits are included in your plan and are not refundable separately. To request a refund for top-up credits, contact us at [email protected] with your account email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credits that have already been consumed are not refundable.
Credits lost on account deletion: If your account is deleted due to inactivity (see Section 5), any remaining credits are permanently forfeited. We will notify you by email before this happens.
Active subscription: As long as your subscription is active, your account, projects, and credits are fully accessible. No freeze or deletion timer applies.
When your subscription ends:Once your subscription expires or is cancelled, your account enters a frozen state. Your projects and top-up credits are preserved but cannot be accessed or used until you reactivate a subscription. Subscription credits that had not yet been consumed at the time of expiry are not carried over — they reset when you resubscribe.
Deletion after 12 months:If your account remains without an active subscription for more than 12 consecutive months, we will send a warning email to your registered address at least 30 days before taking action. If no subscription is reactivated within that window, your account and all associated data — including projects, images, and remaining top-up credits — will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What you can do: Reactivate your subscription at any time to unfreeze your account and resume where you left off. If you want to close your account sooner, you can request deletion at any time via [email protected].
You own your images. By uploading content to Retouch.to, you grant us a limited licence to process your images solely to deliver the retouching service you requested. We do not claim any ownership over your content. We do not use your images to train AI models, share them with third parties, or use them for any purpose beyond running the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process the images you submit. Do not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
You agree not to use Retouch.to to:
• Upload or process illegal content, including content that sexualises minors
• Create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our infrastructure
• Circumvent subscription or credit checks
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where misuse is confirmed.
Everything on Retouch.to that isn’t your content — including our interface, brand, AI models, and code — belongs to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.
Retouch.to is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees that the service will always be available, error-free, or produce a specific retouching result. Retouching quality may vary depending on the image. To the fullest extent permitted by Croatian and EU law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Retouch.to’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profits.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Croatian law or EU consumer protection law, including liability for fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
By you: You can cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. In cases of clear misuse, we reserve the right to terminate without notice. In other cases, we will give you reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Retouch.to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be overridden by contract. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Retouch.to after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
